UK DELIVERY
All online orders are packaged, dispatched from our Warehouse in Barrow upon Soar, Leicestershire UK.
Deliveries are via Royal Mail using a tracked service. For very large orders other carriers may be used.

Orders placed before 12pm GMT Monday - Friday are dispatch the same day (excluding Bank Holidays) for all delivery methods.
Orders placed after 12 pm GMT Monday - Friday may be dispatched on the same day (excluding Bank Holidays) or on the following working day.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays) or on the next working day.

- Standard delivery
Standard delivery uses Royal Mail Track 48 service where the delivery is expected 3-5 days after date of dispatch, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
- Next Day delivery
Next Day delivery uses Royal Mail Track 24 service where the delivery is expected the day after the date of dispatch, Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).
We cannot offer express delivery to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland and other postcodes outside mainland Britain.
We are able ship to International destinations.
Please note we are not responsible for the payment of any local taxes and duties that may be due on the delivery of your order, these must be paid for by you, the customer, locally.
Deliveries will be sent by the most appropriate service.
